Design:

The Gamer Master GMA1410A is a mid-tower case with a black design that has a transparent side panel. This PC does not have any other window on the cases.

The case is made of steel and plastic. The power button is on the front side of the case, where it’s easy to reach and find. On the top panel of the case, there are 2 USB 3.0 ports and Audio port.

The case has 6 USB ports altogether. The Gamer Master GMA1410A prebuilt gaming PC has 2 fans: 1 on the front side and 1 on the back side of the case.

Performance:

The performance of this gaming PC is pretty good for its price range, however, we don’t recommend playing games in 4k resolution with this prebuilt gaming PC unless you lower down the graphics settings to medium or low. If you want to play games in 4k resolution then you should choose this prebuilt gaming PC with RTX series graphics card rather than GTX series graphic card.

This AMD Ryzen 5 5600X performs well with multi-threaded applications in comparison to Intel processors like i5 8400 or i7 8700K which are better for single threaded applications but they are expensive than AMD processors at this range.

If you want to build a desktop computer then we recommend going with AMD processors rather than Intel processors due to its better performance per dollar in comparison to Intel processors.

Another good thing about this prebuilt gaming PC is that you can upgrade it by removing its motherboard without any difficulties if you are going to build your own desktop computer from scratch then it will take some time for removing its motherboard as you need to be careful while removing it otherwise, you may damage your motherboard which will result in buying another motherboard for your desktop computer and that will cost much more than the price of this prebuilt gaming PC.

There are many RGB lightings on this prebuilt gaming PC that can be controlled by using an RGB controller inside its motherboard or using RGB software on your computer.

The glass on the front side of the tower makes it look amazing when you have it turned on and you can see the internal components.

The Skytech Shadow 3.0 ST-Shadow-0231-AM comes with an RGB version of the RTX 2060 graphics card, which looks really good when you have it turned on and that is because it uses LED lights to create different colors and patterns on your case.

  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 super
  • RAM: 8GB
  • Storage: 512GB SSD+1TB HDD
  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Pros
  • The Corsair One has a compact and attractive design, making it good for 1080p gaming.
  • It has accessible ports at the front, and its VR gaming capabilities make it a great choice for gamers.
Cons
  • The case is upgradable, but getting into the case can be difficult.
  • The case also has insufficient cooling ventilation.

Design:

MSI has made great strides with its design department in the past couple of years, and the Trident 3 is no different. With a sleek futuristic look, the MSI Trident 3 is a great looking case that doesn’t take up too much space. The front of the case features a smooth grey panel with an MSI logo on the bottom right hand corner.

The back of the case is where the ports are located, which consist of 2 USB 3.1 type A ports (one being a high-powered port), 2 USB 3.1 type C ports, a headphone/microphone jack and an ethernet port.

MSI has also included LED lighting on the front, back and sides of the case that can be controlled through MSI’s Mystic Light software (more on this later).

Performance:

This is where MSI really shines with their gaming computers, and this small form factor computer is no exception. Featuring a 10700k processor from Intel and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 GPU, this machine can handle any modern game you throw at it at max settings with ease. I personally had no issues playing Apex Legends at max settings while running at 60 FPS.

The MSI Trident 3 features an M2 SSD and HDD combo drive, which allows for fast boot times and quick loading times in games as well as applications such as Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro.

Flagship Dell G5 5090 – Best VR ready gaming PC

Features:

  • CPU: i7-10700F
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
  • RAM: 32GB
  • Storage: 512GB SSD+1TB HDD
  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Pros
  • The CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme VR is a great gaming PC that is VR ready and can easily be upgraded.
  • It is a sturdy PC that has a GTX 1070 graphics card and is perfect for any gamer.
Cons
  • Fans get louder when the game becomes more intense, but there is no customization for the RGB.

Design:

If you are a student and don’t want to go through the hassle of building your own PC, then the Dell G5 5090 is the best prebuilt gaming PC for you. It has a clean, professional and sleek appearance. The Dell G5 5090 sports a thin bezel that makes it look more elegant than its peers.

The Dell G5 5090 has RGB lights, which add some flair to the exterior of this gaming desktop. Dell G5 5090 has a tempered glass panel on the side, which gives it a modern look. To be honest, the Dell G5 5090 is one of the best looking gaming PCs in this price range.

The Dell G5 5090 comes with a single RGB strip that covers the whole top panel and has a clear window on the side of the computer. The RGB strip adds some flair to the exterior of this gaming desktop. However, RGB lights are not everything when it comes to gaming PC aesthetics.

Performance:

The Dell G5 5090 has an Intel i7-10700F processor. The Intel i7-10700F is a six core CPU, which will be more than enough for your daily tasks, as well as some gaming. The Dell G5 5090 has 32GB of DDR4 RAM, which makes it more than suitable for your daily tasks and non-demanding gaming.

The Dell G5 5090 has an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card, which is more than enough for non-demanding games. If you want to go through the hassle of building your own PC and you have some extra cash, then you can always upgrade it in the future.

The Dell G5 5090 has a 512GB M.2 SSD as its primary storage drive and a 1TB HDD as its secondary storage drive. The M.2 SSD will allow you to boot up Windows 10 and load your favorite games within seconds. However, the 1TB HDD may seem outdated in this day and age, but it’s still a great secondary storage drive for your large media files.

The Dell G5 5090 has a DVD optical drive, which is good if you want to install software from DVDs or watch movies on your computer. However, most software nowadays comes with digital downloads or Steam keys that allow you to download them directly from Steam. In addition to that, Blu Ray discs are slowly getting outdated and you won’t be able to find many physical discs in stores these days.

  • It is beautifully designed inside out with expansion slots, and comes with a free gaming mouse and keyboard.
  • It also has a 1-year technical support and labor warranty, making it easy to upgrade.
Cons
  • No major cons found by us

Design:

This gaming PC is a very nice looking PC with a black and red color scheme. The power button is also red and has a nice logo on it. The RGB is not RGB, it is blue instead of red so the case doesn’t have the best of RGB.

The case itself is nice and has a tempered glass panel on the left side of the case. The back of the case has some ventilation holes as well which can be very useful for keeping your system cool.

On the front of this PC, you will find 3 USB 3.0 ports along with the microphone and headphone jacks. The top of the case features some ventilation holes as well as 2 more USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports and the reset button.

On the side of the case, you will find a USB 3.0 port, an SD card reader, an optical out audio jack (headphone + mic), and another USB 3.0 port along with audio in/out jacks for your speaker system/headphones (If you don’t have them built-in).

Performance:

This PC is a very good gaming PC for 1440p gaming and just overall use. The AMD Radeon RX 6600 is a very nice graphics card and can run most games on medium to high settings at around 60+ FPS. The Intel i5-11400F is also a very nice processor and will handle most games with ease.

The 1TB NVMe SSD is a very nice addition as well. NVMe SSD’s are significantly faster than your typical SATA SSD and will help with loading times. The 16GB of RAM is also nice and you shouldn’t have any issues running multiple apps at once, opening up tons of tabs in your browser, or just playing games.

This is a very good gaming PC under 1500 dollars. If you have $1400 dollars to spend, this system will be the best option for you. You won’t find another system that could compete with this one in terms of performance and price.

Mytrix Gamer Xtreme GXIVR8060 VR gaming desktop – Best RGB PC

Features:

  • CPU: Intel i5-10400F
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super
  • RAM: 16GB
  • Storage: 500GB SSD+2TB HDD
  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Pros
  • This PC is perfect for fast and smooth gaming at 1440p resolutions.
  • It comes with RGB lighting and is well ventilated, making it great for gaming in VR.
  • The keyboard and mouse that come with it are also RGB gaming-grade products.
Cons
  • This PC becomes hot under pressure and it makes a lot of noise.

Design:

Mytrix Gamer Xtreme GXIVR8060 is a VR-Ready system that’s on the affordable side. It comes with a solid built and is equipped with quality components. The case has a beautiful piano black finish and a sleek design. Inside the case, you will find the RGB light strip that adds to the beauty of this gaming desktop.

The motherboard is positioned at the back of the system, behind the power supply unit. The CPU and GPU are also at the back of the case, hidden under an air shroud. There’s enough space inside to tuck away all your cabling neatly.

Performance:

The GTX 1660 Super card is perfect for 1080p gaming at 60 fps. In some games, you can even push it to 90 fps and above. This is a great card for most titles and does not require any upgrades for some time to come.

Playing Fortnite at 80 fps and Overwatch at 100 fps is possible on this PC with ease, despite being in full HD resolution. You can even play demanding titles like Shadow of the Tomb Raider or Far Cry 5 at 60fps if you play in 720p or 1080p resolution respectively. If you prefer better visuals, you can even push it further to 1440p resolution or lower.

The CPU is powerful enough to handle demanding titles without breaking a sweat. If you want to upgrade your CPU later, then you can always opt for an i7-9700K model instead of an i5-10400F model if needed. However, there’s no need for an upgrade right now as the CPU offers plenty of power for most titles out there including those that are yet to be released.

The system comes loaded with 16GB DDR4 RAM that’s clocked at 2133 Mhz which should be more than sufficient for your gaming needs. I was able to run Far Cry 5 on Ultra settings without any frame drops or lag issues whatsoever which was pretty impressive as I usually don’t expect such performance from prebuilt PCs under 1500 dollars.

If you want to, you can even upgrade this to 32GB later on, thanks to expandable memory slots that allow you to add up to 64GB RAM total on this build making it future proof in terms of RAM capacity as well.

iBuypower Trace 4 9310 – Best affordable gaming PC

Features:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500XT
  • RAM: 8GB
  • Storage: 240GB SSD
  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Pros
  • The iBUYPOWER VR Ready Desktop is great for 1080p gaming with solid frame rates.
  • It is cost effective and comes with an iBUYPOWER keyboard and mouse.
Cons
  • 240SDD is not enough for a good gaming experience so a HDD is necessary.

Design:

IBuyPower Trace 4 9310 is a well-designed gaming PC with a nice case that has an excellent ventilation design. The cable management system on the iBuyPower Trace 4 9310 is more than average. The case fans are also silent and efficient.

Performance:

The performance of the iBuyPower Trace 4 9310 is great, it performs exceptionally well whether you’re gaming or streaming videos. This prebuilt PC is capable of playing AAA games at a decent frame rate. The GPU used in this gaming PC is a mid-range GPU but it still does a great job at gaming, especially for its price.

With a mid-range GPU that has 4GB of VRAM, you can play most games at around 60FPS on 1080p resolution. However, the frame rate will drop when you’re playing AAA games at 1440p resolution.

For example, the game “Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege” runs smoothly at a 1080p resolution with a 150FPS frame rate but the same game will run at around 100FPS on 1440p resolution. Still, for this price, you can’t ask for much as most mid-range GPUs can only provide 60FPS on 1080p resolution with most modern games.

The streaming performance of the iBuyPower Trace 4 9310 is superb, it can stream videos without any noticeable lagging or stuttering. You won’t have to worry about any stuttering or lagging issues while streaming videos using the iBuyPower Trace 4 9310.

However, if you want to stream videos in 1080p resolution then make sure to plug in your monitor into one of its two HDMI ports because there are only two display ports available on this prebuilt gaming PC and both of them are occupied by the components used for gaming (i.e video card and monitor). However, if you want to stream videos in 1440p resolution then there won’t be any issues with streaming as the display ports will be sufficient for streaming 1440p videos.

There is a lot of space in the case and you are provided with a lot of room for upgrades. The ventilation system is also pretty good and it helps keep everything cool inside.

The cable management system is very well implemented on this one and the case has proper cable routing holes for easier cable management.

There are two fans installed inside – one at the front and one at the back keeping the components cool. The rear fan has red LED lights installed which look really good when they light up.

Performance:

The performance of this PC is great as expected because it uses an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X processor coupled with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super GPU which makes playing games at 1080p settings a breeze.

The 8GB RAM provides enough memory to handle multi tasking without any issues whatsoever so there should be no lag while opening applications or running multiple programs simultaneously.

  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660
  • RAM: 16GB
  • Storage: 1TB SSD
  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Pros
  • The Skytech Shadow ST-SHADOW-0111 RGB has a sturdy build
  • It has RGB lighting
  • includes a mouse and keyboard.
Cons
  • This computer is not futuristic, and is expensive to configure with this hardware.

Design:

This Skytech Shadow prebuilt gaming PC is a great choice for those looking to get a powerful prebuilt gaming PC under $1500. It offers the latest hardware and is very well built by Skytech, who has been making high-quality gaming PCs for some time. In addition, its compact design makes it perfect for placing anywhere you like.

The main selling point of this PC is its AMD Ryzen 3 3100 processor, which is very powerful in terms of multi-core performance. You will be able to run almost any game on ultra settings with this CPU. It also comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, along with a GeForce GTX 1660 GPU and a 1TB SSD. These are all great components that make this a very powerful gaming computer.

Performance:

In terms of performance, this Skytech Shadow prebuilt gaming PC performs very well overall, as expected from its hardware components. It is able to run most AAA games on medium to ultra graphics settings at FHD resolution. The only weakness of this computer is its lack of graphical horsepower with VR games, but it can still play most VR titles just fine.

This computer runs Windows 10 Home 64-bit out of the box, which is good because it’s compatible with more games than Windows 10 Pro. However, if you plan to use the computer for other purposes than gaming and need Windows 10 Pro, you might have to upgrade the OS yourself because Skytech doesn’t offer it at an extra price.

  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super
  • RAM: 8GB
  • Storage: 240GB SSD+1TB HDD
  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Pros
  • The iBuypower Pro Revolt 2 9330 is a small form-factor desktop PC that is designed for gaming.
  • It features a sleek and appealing design, and it is equipped with a solid state drive for fast performance.
  • It also comes with efficient liquid cooling, which helps to keep the system cool during intense gaming sessions.
Cons
  • No major cons found by us

Design:

The Revolt 2 is an excellent example of a compact gaming PC. It’s almost cube shaped with rounded corners and is barely over 2 feet in length.

The case has a black matte finish with the iBuypower logo on the right side and a red LED strip that runs along the bottom. The LED strip can be controlled via iBuypower software and can be set to any color or to cycle through colors. There are also two RGB fans in the front that are visible from the front of the unit.

These fans have 3 modes, standard, full speed and pulse mode. Standard will run these fans at about 5000 RPM for great cooling, full speed will run them at 12000 RPM for maximum cooling and pulse mode will alternate between full speed and standard mode every second. The fans are also wired to the LED strip so they will light up with whatever color you choose.

The power supply is mounted on the bottom of the case, which means it will rest on the floor (not ideal) but it does make room for two more hard drives if you want to add them.

There is plenty of room in this case for cable management and we were able to get all our cables out of sight very easily using Velcro straps and zip ties. There are 5 USB ports in total, 1 on the front of the case, 3 on the top panel and one on the back panel next to a headphone jack. There is also one HDMI port, one DisplayPort, one DVI-D port, one D-Sub port, one optical audio out jack and a mic jack.

Performance:

This is one of the best prebuilt gaming computers for gamers who want a more powerful CPU. The i5-10600K is a quad core desktop processor that is unlocked for easy overclocking and comes with an excellent cooler for quiet operation.

It easily runs any game you throw at it including Battlefield V and Metro Exodus at max settings. The GeForce GTX 1660 Super also ran all games on ultra settings and was able to keep frame rates at over 100 fps in most games.

We did notice some screen tearing in Battlefield V but this was solved by turning on adaptive sync in the Nvidia control panel.

The 240 GB SSD makes Windows 10 boot in just 10 seconds and the 1 TB hard drive gives you plenty of space for all your games, applications and media files. This is also a very quiet PC with no noticeable fan noise even after hours of gaming.

The Revolt 2 also has 7.1 channel surround sound with a Realtek ALC 1220 codec. You can connect your speakers directly to the PC or you can connect an external amp if you want to upgrade your sound system later on.

Features:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650
  • RAM: 8GB
  • Storage: 500GB SSD
  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Pros
  • The Skytech Blaze II is a gaming desktop that is easily upgradable and reliable.
  • It comes with a mouse and keyboard, and is VR ready.
Cons
  • Fans are noisy

Design:

The PC is designed in a mid-tower case with a tempered glass side panel. This case is 4.7 inches tall and 18.5 inches wide and 9.5 inches deep. The front of the case has good air ventilation to prevent overheating the system. The Skytech Blaze II has an RGB strip that you can control with the Skytech software and it looks really good with the tempered glass side panel.

The build quality is quite good for a prebuilt PC under 1500 dollars, and there are no major defects that I noticed during my review period. The quality of the components is also good and the overall performance is also quite good compared to other prebuilt PCs in this price range.

Performance:

The Skytech Blaze II features a powerful Ryzen 5 3600 processor and a GTX 1650 GPU which help to run the latest games at decent frame rates.

The Ryzen 5 3600 is an 8-core processor with a base speed of 3.6 GHz, and a maximum boost speed of 4.2 GHz. These are good speeds for gaming, and I did not experience any performance issues during my review period. This PC can also handle other demanding applications such as video editing and photo editing quite well.

The GTX 1650 is also capable of handling most games in 1080p with decent frame rates. You will have to turn down the graphics settings in some games to get playable frame rates at 1080p, but the graphics card is still capable of running games like PUBG, CSGO, Overwatch, etc at 60+ fps on high-ultra settings at 1080p resolution.

The system has 8GB DDR4 RAM which is sufficient for most gaming applications and you can upgrade it to 16GB if you want to do some more demanding work on this PC.

I was able to stream games on Twitch without any issues using the built in capture card. Out of 2 USB 3.0 ports present on this PC, one supports fast charging for your phone or any other device which supports fast charging.

The CPU is cooled by a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 cooler and the GPU is cooled by a CoolerMaster MasterFan Pro 120 RGB fan (1000 RPM).

How to choose the best pre built gaming PC under 1500? Buyers Guide

The most important component for a gaming PC is the graphics card. The second most important component is the RAM. However, the balance of all components together is important in order to produce the desired gaming fidelity. Therefore, it is important to carefully pick the gaming desktop in order to get the best performance possible.

Graphics card (1080p or 1440p gaming):

One of the most important factors to consider when choosing the best prebuilt gaming desktop under $1500 is the graphics card. If you are a gamer who likes to play games at 1080p, you need a graphics card with 4GB of VRAM or less. However, if you are mainly a gamer who plays at 1440p and above, then you need a graphics card that has 6GB of VRAM or more.

2. RAM (6GB-16GB):

RAM is also an important factor to consider when choosing the best pre built gaming PC under 1500. In fact, it’s even more important than the graphics card in my opinion. For a system that is mainly used for gaming and computing, it is highly recommended to get a PC with at least 8GB of DDR4 RAM. If you are an avid gamer and want to have the best performance possible, you should get a system with 16GB of DDR4 RAM or more.

3. Processor (8 or 10 cores CPU):

A processor is one of the most important factors to consider when choosing the best prebuilt gaming PC under 1500 dollars. For gaming systems that play only modern games at 1080p, there isn’t much difference between a quad-core CPU and an octa-core CPU.

However, gamers who want to play games at 1440p or above will benefit from having an octa-core processor or even a deca-core processor. The reason behind that is because modern games such as Fortnite, Pubg, Overwatch, etc, can use up to 10 cores for smooth gameplay in high settings when playing these modern games in full HD or higher resolution on your gaming desktop under 1500 dollars.

4. Hard Drive (Minimum 500GB SSD):

When it comes to choosing the best prebuilt gaming PC under $1500 dollars, you need to find out whether your preferred gaming desktops come with an SSD hard drive or not as this will make a difference in your overall PC performance while playing games and other daily tasks that require faster computer performance.

Having an SSD hard drive will be able to speed up your PC’s boot time while decreasing loading time while playing new AAA games in your favorite game titles and other daily tasks such as streaming on twitch, uploading videos on youtube, playing movies on Netflix, watching Twitch streams, etc.

5. Other Features:

There are many other features that you must consider when choosing the best prebuilt gaming PC under 1500 dollars such as:

If your budget allows it, get a system with dual monitor ports and also make sure that it has HDMI 1 .4+ ports and DisplayPort 1 .2+ ports so that you can use your 4K TV as one of your monitors for better visual experience during gameplay or video rendering, etc.

You should also look for systems that have 1 x USB 3 .0 port for every 3 x USB 2 .0 port because there are many devices out there that use the USB 2 .0 ports such as keyboard, mouse, headsets, etc.

Last but not least, if you have extra cash left over after getting all the necessary components for your desired pre built gaming desktop under 1500 dollars, you can always add extra cooling fans to further improve cooling performance while overclocking your PC if possible.
